Room With A View - Part II - San Diego
After my New York City room debacle, my hotel
choice for San Diego has proven to be much better
in terms of the view. Our room overlooks the
stadium. After arriving in San Diego last night
we watched the 10th-13th innings of the ball game.
Of the three of us, it is difficult to say who was the
most excited about the ballpark view. The small
field at the left of the photo is a little baseball field
that is in a public park that is attached to the
stadium. We spent quite a bit of time there this
morning. The minature field is a part of the
"Park in the Park" that is attached to the stadium.
It's open each day until four hours before game
time. You are literally inside the stadium.
